Job Description
We are seeking a detail – oriented and organized individual to join our fiance Team as an Assistant Accountant Female. The Ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks and provide support to the finance department.
Responsibilities
· Minimum 3-4 Years Experience in Qatar based company Accounts.
· Candidate must know all types of Banking operations
· Knowledge of making payments.
· Salary subject to your experience and performance.
· Preparation and input of month end journals, Inputting, Matching, Batching and allocation the invoices.
· Debtors and Creditors reconciliation, Preparation of various reports for senior managers and clients
· Entry of all vouchers in system such as receipts and payments etc. and follow up the outstanding dues from the customers.
· Process monthly payroll and maintain approved payroll records.
· Answered clients’ queries and managed other ad hoc duties as required.
· Assist in VAT return of all the clients.
· Work with clients and CFOs to resolve problems involving accounting errors, financial trouble or account management.
· Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
· Finalization of books of Accounts of all the clients.
· Preparation & Reporting of monthly Financial Statements like Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements.
· Managed a team of 4 accounting assistants, ensuring they are achieving team and organization goals.
