Architectural Visualizer

• Create and develop high-quality 3D visualizations and animations of architectural projects.
• Prepare presentations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients, making them appear as real-life images.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in visualization software such as 3D Max, Lumion, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations that meet client expectations.
• Present visualizations to clients, addressing any queries and incorporating feedback to refine the visuals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architectural visualization within the architectural consultancy industry. not limited to, 3D Max, Lumion,
• Proficiency in leading visualization software including, but SketchUp, and other cutting-edge tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey design concepts clearly and
  convincingly to clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
