Education : Diploma/ Degree
Skills : MS Projects,MS Excel, General documentations
Technical : Must have a minimum level of knowledge to understand site issues.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate GWT operations tasks, including scheduling AMC visits, requesting gate passes, and managing chemical and consumable requests in Odoo.
  • Follow up and correspond with clients as needed to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • File AMC supporting documents and submit them to the accounts department for monthly invoicing.
  • Monitor upcoming AMC contract deadlines and notify the proposal team to issue new contracts promptly.
  • Respond to client service calls, assign operations team for site visits, and ensure timely issuance of GWT offers to clients. Follow up on related activities.
  • Manage staff allocation and fleet management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain retrofit-related documentation, including Method of Statement, Risk Assessment, Work Schedule,
  • Work Completion Certificate, Warranty Certificate, O&M Manual, and Packing List.
  • Prepare comprehensive site visit reports based on details provided by technicians or site engineers.
  • Track pending offers and submitted offers, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Cross-check OT sheets and obtain necessary approvals from line managers.
  • Initiate petty cash requests for operations and service works, ensuring appropriate documentation and approval.
  • Review petty cash statements of service team and submit them to the accounts department
