Responsibilities
Years of Experience (YOE): 2+ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Administration or a related field.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles within a project environment.
  • Familiarity with documentation management, scheduling, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).

Job Description:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the project, ensuring efficient document management and organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Communication Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
  • Handle correspondence related to the project, including emails and reports.
  • Document Management:
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting notes, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Project Tracking:
  • Support the project team in tracking deliverables and timelines, updating project schedules, and preparing status reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, alerting team members to potential delays or issues.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist in organizing project materials and resources, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and information for successful project execution.
  • Support day-to-day operations to maintain a smooth workflow, addressing any administrative challenges that arise.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
