Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Outstanding with verbal and written communications skills : Able to interact with high profile clients.

DESIRED CRITERIA:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Computer application skills (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SIS, CRM)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with students, faculty, staff, and the general public
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and public speaking
- Ability to multitask, flexibility, and effectiveness as a team member
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to demonstrate effectiveness and creative problem solving skills
The role consists of:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, business development, project coordination, & delivering presentations.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects and initiatives within the department and University, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Communication Management: Facilitate effective communication between internal departments, external stakeholders, and the broader community. This includes drafting communications, preparing presentations, and managing inquiries.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics for events, seminars, workshops, and conferences hosted by the department, ensuring smooth execution and attendee satisfaction.
- Financial Administration: Assist in financial administration tasks such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Coordinating with Marketing Department (editing/checking mainly)
- Research and idea contribution.
- General project management
- Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
