Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues and arranging catering.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with office management software (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Google Workspace).
  • Previous experience in a technology or IT company.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
