Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Riyadh office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, welcoming and assisting office guests, ensuring that office facilities are well-maintained and equipped, coordinating with service providers for repairs and maintenance, and other coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Office Management Reception Duties: Welcoming visitors and clients, handling inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Facility Management: Ensuring that office facilities are well-maintained and equipped, coordinating with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Communication and Correspondence Email Management: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring prompt responses and proper follow-ups. Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and proofreading business documents, reports, and presentations.
- Administrative Support Data Entry: Entering and updating data in databases and maintaining accurate records. Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Financial and Legal Administration Invoice Processing: Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices and expense reports. Budget Tracking: Supporting budget management and tracking office expenses.
