Responsibilities
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Managing correspondence with clients and vendors
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and reservations
  • Handling phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Providing general support to the team as needed

  • 0-4 years of experience in administrative work
