Administration Officer – Geoharbour Saudi Co. Ltd. – Geoharbour Middle East
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all admin tasks in the organisation
- Manage government platforms viz., Absher, GOSI, Mudad, Residency, Ministry of Human Resources, QIWA, Chamber
- Insurance management - medical, general insurance and workmen compensation
- Facilities management - be responsible for all Company facilities in the Kingdom - lease renewals, utilities, MOT permits etc.
- Visa management - arrange new visas, renew visas on time
- Travel management - be responsible for air ticket bookings for Saudi based staff
- Arrange Hotel bookings as required
- Liaise with the Company PROs to get government transactions done
- Be responsible for renewal of Company legal documents, CR etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in a similar role
- Should be well versed with government digital portals
- Should be able to perform under pressure
- Should be multitasking
- Fluency in Arabic (Spoken and Written) is a must for this role
