Responsibilities
Accounts & Payment Specialist (Payable/Receivable)
Requirements:
1.At least 1years’ experience in Finance or Accounting Field 2.Able to use an accounting software (QB, others) is an advantage 3.Knowledge in Full Set of Accounts (Construction of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping,) 4.Must have excellent computer skills specifically in Excel Formulas 5.Must be accurate and organized 6.Should have strong communication skills, creativity and possess the ability to work under pressure 7.Good mathematical and analytical skills is also a must 8.Strictly knows the confidentiality of the work
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
