Accounts & Finance Manager – CA Finalist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Accounts & Finance Manager – CA Finalist to join our team in the vibrant pool and landscape industry of the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with specific expertise in managing financial operations within the pool and landscape sector.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. 2. Analyze costs associated with projects, materials, and labor to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. 3. Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure smooth operations and timely payments to suppliers and contractors. 4. Coordinate with project managers to generate accurate and timely client invoices. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies. 5. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for procurement of materials and services. 6. Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies to support business growth and expansion in the pool and landscape industry.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles within the UAE Construction industry. · CA finalist or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
