Job Description
This role is essential in driving Foodics’ growth by sourcing, closing, and maximizing revenue from existing clients. The Account Executive focuses on selling our SaaS software to restaurants, particularly emphasizing contract renewals and upselling.
Responsibilities
- Contract Renewal and Upselling: Handle contract renewals, merging upsells and cross-sells, and conduct basic product demos if necessary.
- Upselling Opportunities Generation: You will be responsible for generating a new Up/Cross-selling Oprrointies during your interactions with customers.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- CRM Proficiency: Use CRM systems to meticulously track and report sales activities, follow up on projects and cases related to customers, and leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and insights from CRM to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
