Qualifications:
Either:
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
Or Fluency in both Arabic and French (Français) is required
Or Fluency in Emiraty Dialect
Or Fluency in both Arabic and Chinese (Français) is required
And
Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
