A leading Real Estate developer company in the kingdom of Bahrain is looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Front Office Executives

Responsibilities

· Greeting and assisting of clients/ visitors in a professional and friendly manner

· Direct persons to correct destination

· Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members

· Maintain the reception area neat and tidy

· Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.

· Check, sort and forward emails to the appropriate staff

· Responding to email query

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Pleasant personality with a good appearance.

· Service and guest oriented

· Very good command of both written and spoken English

· Another language in addition will be an asset.

· Ability to work on shift basis.

· Candidate must be in Bahrain and willing to join immediately
