Key Accounts Executive – Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group LLC

Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed about project status and changes
  • Maintain project trackers to monitor progress, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Keep records of due dates and milestones, proactively identifying any risks of delays
  • Organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion while adhering to project timelines
  • Review project outputs to ensure they meet established standards and align with the scope of work
  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements
  • Provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with teams to address any discrepancies or areas for improvement
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
  • Work with the Key Accounts Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of [1-2 years] experience in project management or a related role
  • Proven experience in coordinating with internal teams, ensuring alignment, and delivering results
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
  • Proactive attitude in managing tasks, deadlines, and project requirements
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership over project outcomes
