Key Accounts Executive – Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group LLC
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed about project status and changes
- Maintain project trackers to monitor progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Keep records of due dates and milestones, proactively identifying any risks of delays
- Organize and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely completion while adhering to project timelines
- Review project outputs to ensure they meet established standards and align with the scope of work
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements
- Provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with teams to address any discrepancies or areas for improvement
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
- Work with the Key Accounts Manager to develop and implement mitigation strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of [1-2 years] experience in project management or a related role
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal teams, ensuring alignment, and delivering results
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Proactive attitude in managing tasks, deadlines, and project requirements
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership over project outcomes
