Job Description

A Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance the overall customer experience. The Business Analyst will work closely with various teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to help the company achieve its business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data related to product operations, including customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics. Use various tools and technologies to derive meaningful insights. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements. This includes understanding the needs of different departments within the company. • Product Development Support: Work with the product development team to define and document the features, functionality, and user experience of online platforms, ensuring they meet customer expectations and other requirements. • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to achieve company goals. • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Provide competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making. • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the customer experience by identifying pain points, conducting user testing, and proposing design enhancements. • Fraud Detection and Prevention: Collaborate with the team to identify and prevent fraudulent activities related to payments and financial transactions. Implement measures to protect the company and its customers from fraudulent behavior. • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements that can streamline operations and increase efficiency. Implement best practices and suggest automation where appropriate. • Business Reports: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress towards company objectives. • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that new features and updates meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
