Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: - Integrity - Outstanding value to markets and clients - Commitment to each other - Strength from cultural diversity During your tenure as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in project Management, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: Responsibilities: - Project Oversight : Monitor and support the delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring they are executed according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Governance & Compliance : Implement and enforce project governance frameworks, including processes, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects. - Project Performance Tracking : Track and report on the performance of IT projects, including key metrics such as schedule adherence, budget variance, and quality outcomes. Identify and escalate risks or issues as needed. - Stakeholder Management: Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Resource Management: Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure that project teams are adequately staffed with the right skills and expertise. - Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes. - Change Management: Oversee change management processes to ensure that changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets are properly documented and approved. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and that all project outcomes are aligned with business requirements. - Risk Management : Identify potential risks in project delivery and work with project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-8 years of experience in IT project management or PMO roles, with a focus on project delivery. - Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within scope, on time, and within budget. - Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello. - Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and best practices in project management. - Ability to lead and influence project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve project delivery. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Project management certifications such as PMP, ACP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly desirable. - Background in IT delivery, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
