Assistant Manager IT/ IT Executive – Rise Hospitality Management
Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, networks, and related hardware.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Maintain and update IT assets inventory and ensure all systems are operational.
- Monitor and manage local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee network security and ensure firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems are up to date.
- Coordinate with service providers for internet and telecommunication services.
- Implement and manage data security measures, including data encryption, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure regular backups of critical systems and data, and perform periodic testing of recovery processes.
