Responsibilities
Position Title: Customer Experience Director Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus airfare, bonus, medical and accommodation. Job Description: • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on key improvement areas. • Lead, mentor, and develop a customer experience team while fostering a customer-centric culture. • Design and implement systems to gather and analyse customer feedback, using insights for strategic decisions. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Establish quality assurance standards and regularly assess and audit the customer experience across all locations.
Requirements:
Qualifications: • Open to European nationals • 40 years old and below • At least 10 years of experience; 3-4 years of which in a Director Level in the F&B industry (restaurant sector) • GCC experience in the same industry is an advantage • Exceptional communications skills and strong track record of leadership and team management
