Multi Discipline QC Inspector/Engineer (Welding + Painting)

(a) Primary: (policy making, sanctioning, mobilizing, determining, maximizing, accounting, following, acquiring, averting, executing, improving, value adding, acquiring, resolving, reviewing, abiding, coordinating, supporting, etc.) 1. To Inspect welds; make recommendations for accepting or rejecting work, ensure safety standards 2. To monitor all aspects of the welding process before, during and after welding to ensure that the finished weldment has been produced in accordance with a code or specification and complies with the stated requirements of that code or specification 3. Verify welding equipment appropriateness 4. Verify welding procedure qualification compliance 5. Preparation of new WPS/PQR in order to optimize the production manhour 6. Training and qualifying all welders and welding operators in all positions and welding processes 7. Establishing new welding techniques, training, orientation of welders, Following WPS, correct welding consumables are used. 8. Timely preparation and maintaining all in process QC reports and getting reviewed /approved by client inspector (b) Secondary: (checking, controlling, evaluating, directing, guiding, participating, monitoring, anticipating, utilizing, assisting, advising, helping, meeting, interpreting, feedbacking, organizing, delegating, motivating, training etc.)
