1. Assistant Manager shall be responsible for sales and collection targets in the given territory for retail outlets. 2. Should have the experience in handling Company Showrooms and their staff in KSA. 3. Should be a graduate with man-management skills. 4. Should have at least 10 years’ experience in managing a retail showroom and thereafter supervising a group of showrooms. 5. Should have the ability to conduct training programs, identifying new locations for Company Showrooms, designing promotional campaigns, etc. 6. Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. 7. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. · Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems. · Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service.
