QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience in UAE or GCC; minimum 2 years.
- Languages; English is a must.
- Familiar with POS systems and software’s.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and familiarity with specialty beverages is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Job Description: Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.
- Provide product recommendations and answer inquiries regarding ingredients and nutritional information.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee shakes according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure beverages are consistently prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and blenders.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions, including accepting payments and providing change.
- Maintain a balanced cash register and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor product freshness and ensure compliance with expiration dates.
- Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Notify management of any shortages or discrepancies in inventory.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
