As a Digital Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital landscape for employee interaction at Qatar Airways Group. You will support the management and optimisation of key digital employee experience platforms used internally by our employees, aiding in the integration of new technologies and features to improve the overall experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Employee Experience in managing all digital platforms within the Employee Experience department to create an end-to-end digital integration of our current and future employee applications, driving continuous improvement through technologies and innovative features.
  • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage cross-project dependencies effectively.
  • Your role will be instrumental in driving and contributing to the vision of digital platforms owned by the Employee Experience Team.
  • Work closely with IT project managers and business analysts to define the business's product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to develop research-based designs to continuously improve current digital employee products and services and introduce new digital employee experience concepts across all areas of the employee journey.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Cyber Security, DPO and other stakeholders to facilitate the business's digital side requirements and ensure maximum impact and interaction for our employees through digital platforms.
  • Support in developing and regularly updating product strategy documents, ensuring they reflect current business cases, use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Maximize internal branding opportunities and ensure the message of QR Group Values is delivered through the different events and projects.
  • Promote and disseminate key company policies and values via internal communications channels.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the information on their intranet sections is up to date and consistent.
  • Support in preparation of annual budget for the unit and obtaining approvals.
  • Responsible for the creative design and content development of the employee portal in order to support the QR Group Business objectives.
  • Redevelop and improve the intranet as a key internal communications tool and maintain all internal communications systems to support the department's requirements.
  • Facilitate and monitor the Employee Communication programme so that employees across the company are informed of organizational values, news, issues and direction and have mechanisms for providing feedback to management.
  • Ensures brand consistency in all digital areas and all points of employee contact.
  • Find opportunities to enhance the current systems and keep up with the latest technology.
  • Coordinate and manage engagement with IT for department requirements.
  • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About you
  • High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Knowledge of building/contributing in digital products
  • Managing all information required
  • Content Management for internal communications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time from events, campaigns and programs
  • Attention to detail and full understanding of Product Management Cycle
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • Highly creative, analytical with strong decision-making and critical thinking skill
