QC INSPECTOR – Madre Integrated Engineering
Responsibilities
- Compile Initial & Final inspection reports including Photographs of equipment
- NDT inspection, acceptance parameters.
- Arrange for X-Ray / PWHT / Third party interventions as per arising requirements from production department or job requirements and advise as required
- Produce COC and ensure to compile final complete documentation
Desired Skills & Experience
- ITI minimum required, Diploma/Engineering Degree desirable.
- NDT (RT & UT) Certification
- 6-8 years previous experience in a similar role essential in an oil and gas mechanical/workshop environment
- Product knowledge/exposure;
- Manufacture : Oilfield equipment, Manifold, Mandrels, Crossovers & Fittings
- Rotating Equipments : compressor, pumps, steam turbines, blowers, gearboxes, fans.
- Repair : Oilfield equipment, Manifold, Centrifuges, Mud pump
