Job Description
The job holder’s responsibility is primarily aimed at the introduction of products to clients and clients business into the existing Company portfolio. The role will mean the acquisition of new clients to the existing Company portfolio and the individual will be expected to prospect potential new clients on behalf of Sukoon.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target as per the plan and contribute towards enhancing OIC market share in the corporate insurance business
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and introduce internal experts where necessary to meet the defined revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close sales and renewals
- Develop and maintain account relationships through calls, visits and hospitality.
- Respond to all account queries and ensure timely and effective problem - solving of all issues
- Follow up regarding sales with the relevant parties, respond and resolve all receivable issues or problems that customers face
- Create a pipeline of customer business.
- Receive all quotation and endorsement requests from key accounts and revert within appropriate timelines.
- Maintain quality focus by proactively contributing to the QMS improvement cycle.
- Ensure awareness of Quality Policy and Quality Strategic Objectives.
- Ensure adherence to overall KPIs and internal and external SLAs of the department
- Identify the training requirements of the field force periodically and co – coordinate the same with the training department.
- Develop and maintain strong awareness of local / regional markets and the regulatory environment and share relevant updates with the team.
