Sales Executive – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
· Perform ‘Business Development’ activities through cold calling, visiting the clients. Generate business opportunities for the organization and bring new leads and contracts. · Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to Head. · To act as good ambassador of the company, projects good image of the company outside and collects market developments and competitor’s activities. · Achieving set sales objectives and targets for the recyclables contracts business in the allotted territory. · Interfacing with clients, providing a clear interpretation of their requirements from the enquiry onset and ensure good working relationship. · Handle contractual details of new projects and carefully study the terms & conditions and recommend changes/ amendments. · Conducts pre-sales activities to gain understanding of the customer’s needs and prepare for the meeting. · Gather appropriate marketing materials and pricing plans, identifying customer needs and interests to determine the best sales strategy and identifying potential objectives with plans to address during the sales meeting. · Ensure our service is in standard of customers’ needs by demonstrating to the customers, pricing and competition. Effectively communicate price and service strategies to the customers. · Negotiates and closes sale by effectively communicating alternatives and positions to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements. Prepare & delivers complex sales proposals. · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal service & support teams and external suppliers, to ensure that new contracts deliver on both external & internal targets. · Prepare monthly sales reports on personal performance for the business unit head. Make recommendations on equipment optimization and leasing options in coordination with the group’s trading division.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience a) Academic Qualification and Professional Qualification · Any graduate from an accredited university or college. b) Experience (minimum preferred) · Total 3 + years of experience in waste management service in the UAE/middle east. 2. Technical Requirements · Expertise in the area of commercial sales, business development & marketing with proven client contract and relationship management abilities especially with large key accounts. · Excellent data interpretation skills and good understanding of financial reporting. · Knowledge of the market dynamics of waste management industry. · Computer literate and a good command of the English language. · Holds valid UAE driving licence. · Good knowledge of CRM. 3.
