Officer Finance And Accounts- CA Inter ONLY – Al Naba
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Monitor and control expenses and revenue.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
- Supervise and train finance staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2.5 to 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification such as CA Inter is must.
- AUDIT FIRM EXPERIENCE NOT CONSIDERED. INDUSTRY EXPOSURE IS MUST
