Ramy Automotive is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement and Warranty Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a reputed organization in the field of procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process and handling warranty claims, ensuring that all goods and services are purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities
Procurement:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their specific procurement needs.

Warranty Management:

  • Handle warranty claims for defective products or services.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to process warranty requests.
  • Maintain warranty records and track the status of claims.
  • Provide support for warranty-related inquiries.
  • Implement improvements to the warranty process to reduce lead times.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related role in a reputed organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful supplier management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
