Responsibilities
  • Deliver unique customer experience to all customers by anticipating their needs.
  • Reflect unique customer experience by preventing and solving customer complaints and incidents in a positive approach through a high- quality service.
  • Provide quality beverages by delivering the excellent Arabica shot, whole beans, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.
  • Apply the cash operating procedures, loss prevention and company procedures that include daily operations, opening and closing duties, as per Arabica standards.
  • Execute general cleaning duties including toilets and washing small wares etc., and maintain a clean and organized workspace so staff members can locate resources and products.
  • Act like an ambassador for our green and roasted coffee by developing an understanding of coffee and its different types, flavors, roasts and blends.
  • Report any discrepancies (cash and products), potential safety hazards and employee accidents to the manager.
