We are partnering with one of the leading Consultancies in Saudi Arabia to expand their team. We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Operations Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions in Riyadh office. The Office Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and providing support to the consulting team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
- Supervise administrative staff and support their development.
- Coordinate with global HR on policies and employee engagement.
- Manage recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in office budget planning and expense management.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office equipment and systems.
- Support consulting team with admin tasks and client correspondence.
- Implement office procedures to improve efficiency.
- Organize team and marketing events, and act as the point of contact for KSA-related matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
