SAP Project System | Production Planning Consultant – Confidential Company
Responsibilities
- Understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing new processes.
- Configuring processes related to Project Systems, Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance.
- Interacting with stakeholders and users, and resolving day-to-day issues
- Customized objects, reports, enhancements, and workflows as per business needs.
Project System (Major):
- Managing full project lifecycle, including design, development, configuration, training, testing, and rollout.
- Handling various aspects of PS, such as structuring, WBS, project structure, planning, costing, milestone billing, result analysis, and settlement.
Production Planning:
- Managing PP Module which includes master data, BOM, routing, and work center creation.
- Handling the full lifecycle of Production Planning, including costing, capacity planning, production order confirmation, settlement, and closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience of 5-8+ years in managing SAP HANA PS and PP modules
- Expertise in understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing new processes.
- Proficiency in configuring processes related to Project Systems, Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance
- Ability to interact with stakeholders and users, and resolve day-to-day issues
- Experience with custom objects, reports, enhancements, and workflows as per business needs.
- Experience with S/4 HANA, including 1-2 implementation projects.
Additional Notes:
- Preference for candidates who can join early.
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., DMS - Document Management System and Plant Maintenance) will be an added advantage.
