Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies that target B2B customers
- Approaching new MEP consultants & contractors
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in selecting the right products and solutions
- Follow-up with production & logistics in order to meet customer satisfaction.
- Maintain current market information in terms of pricing, market share and competitors’ activity.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Working with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales of HVAC products and duct manufacturing solutions.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and duct manufacturing products.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented
- Abilityto analyse and synthesize information promptly.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
- Team player and articulate personality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- KSA Driving License + Own car is required.
