Medical Doctor – 3Dimensions Physical Performance LLC
Responsibilities
The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to recruits across eight centers. This role requires commuting between centers to ensure the health and fitness of recruits, as well as implementing and overseeing health and wellness programs. The Medical Doctor will supervise and monitor medical conditions, screen for health problems and refer recruits to the hospitals when specialized care is needed. Key Responsibilities-Medical Assessments and Health Screenings, Monitoring and Supervision of Medical Conditions, Referrals to Hospitals, Health and Wellness Programs, Medical Records Management, Collaboration and Communication with healthcare professionals, Compliance and Training related to medical practices comply with DOH regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
· Master of Science or healthcare degree in sports science, exercise physiology or related field . DOH License: Must hold a current and valid license from the Department of Health. · Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is required to effectively communicate with recruits. · Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in sports medicine or military health. · Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple locations. ·Dedication to maintain the highest standards of medical care and recruit welfare.
