Commercial Manager – Interior fitout
Job Description
Commercial Manager (Interior fitout industry background) To oversee our Estimation, Procurement, and Sales departments. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in the interior fitout industryand a proven track record in managing commercial aspects of small and large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
Estimation:
- Lead and delegate enquiries to the estimation team to prepare accurate and competitive project bids.
- Review and analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Ensure all estimates and tender submissions are completed on time and within the required standards.
Procurement:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Conduct supplier prequalification prior to onboarding
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Sales:
- Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team to secure new projects.
Salary: AED 10,000 to 15,000 (Negotiable with the right candidate based on experience.) + benefits Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
