Interior Fit-out Estimator

Designation: Interior Fitout Estimator Extensive experience in retail and commercial projects.   Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for retail and commercial fitout projects.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine material, labour, and time requirements.
• Utilize estimation software and tools to generate comprehensive cost breakdowns.
• Prepare final account and billing for completed projects for invoicing purposes

Project Analysis:

• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination:

• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable agreements.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present detailed estimation reports to management and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimation activities and project costs.

  Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 (Negotiable with the right candidate based on experience.) + benefits   Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.   Experience:Min. 3-5 years of experience as an estimator in theinterior fitout industry, with a focus on retail and commercial projects.
