Job Area and targeted key results area:
- Initiate and develop Marketing policies and procedures to standardize marketing activities and processes by understanding internal and external deliverables.
- Initiate, develop and execute brands’ strategies to have a sustainable and healthy brands’ life cycle aligned with company’s vision and strategic directions.
- Initiate and develop the annual marketing budget to develop the existing/new brands in order to execute the planned brand’s strategies.
- Develop and execute tactical plans in order to achieve planned growth, market share and brand equity by understanding customers’ needs, economic changes and competition.
- Design and execute different market researches to get accurate data related to the brand, customer and competitors in order to help building market segmentation and getting innovative solutions to maintain a market leading position.
- Build a digital marketing platforms in order to maximize customers’ engagement to the brands and increase brands’ loyalty by understanding the proper and right channels to reach the customer.
- Coach, develop and upgrade marketing team’s knowledge and skills to increase marketing function capabilities to provide the required support to brands.
