Job Description

A Learning and Development (L&D) Manager develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness. They collaborate with employees and managers to support career development and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs.
  • Design training materials and resources.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  • Monitor employee performance and development progress.
