Leading the development of all marketing plans. Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies. Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services. Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
Responsibilities
Manage customer acquisition funnel. Drive growth by setting multiple customer conversion channels using ad words, Facebook/Instagram, SEO, email campaigns, SMS, in-app notification, and other conventional channels. Manage multiple A/B testing initiative in each of the marketing channels. Daily, weekly, and monthly tracking and of customer onboarding, retention, and customer satisfaction setting clear plans to enhance KPI’s Expert in google analytics, and other digital marketing dashboard tools. Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and analytics teams to design and execute growth experiments and campaigns. Interact with product, and customer care teams to set and enhance customer loyalty and retention. Analyze, and monitor competition activities. Identify market segment personas. Responsible for CAC, CLV, ROI, brand sentiment and other marketing KPI’s. Ensure consumer voice is heard to products, sales, operations, and executive management. Manage and set company PR strategy
