Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our restaurant team. As a Chef, you will oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management. Your culinary skills and leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and design menu offerings that reflect the restaurant’s concept and meet customer preferences.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and appearance.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and address any customer concerns or special requests.

  Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification; additional training in specialized cuisines is a plus.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in a culinary role, with a proven track record as a Chef or in a similar position within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices.
