Responsibilities
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to help achieve business objectives.
- Managing agency suppliers including media, digital and creative to ensure they deliver high quality work and remain motivated.
- Monitoring advertising activities and analyzing results using service softwares and internal reports.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVD etc.
- Develop, execute and oversee advertising, visual animations, marketing promotions such as Above the Line media (print, special operations, radio, online etc..) as well as Below the Line media (brochures, postcard, mall podiums and exposures)
- Writing and proofreading copies, liaising with designers and printers, organizing photo shoots.
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials, maintaining and updating customer databases.
