Contracts Manager Consultancy – Kuwait – Arabic Speaker
Job Description
Overseeing and ensuring execution of all contractual obligations. Negotiating contract terms, pricing and payment schedules, while ensuring agreements with clients or suppliers align with a company’s goals. Developing and implementing effective contract management strategies and policies.
Responsibilities
- Required to join an international engineering consultancy working on an aviation project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will take responsibility to ensure the terms of the contract are followed implementing cost controls and financial control procedures as outlined in the construction contracts.
- Report client's variations to the construction works and claims for changes from the contractors.
- Review contractor's claims including review of time extensions, delays, and penalties.
- Prepares Change/Variation Orders
- Make overall commercial decision that have a positive impact on the company and project.
