Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as applied mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or any technology related field
- 10 years’ direct exposure to oil & gas operations
- 5 years’ experience managing projects
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to convey technical messages to nontechnical departments and personnel leading to positive collaborations and the overall improvement of business performance

- Thorough understanding of upstream onshore/offshore operations and processing facilities
- Practical knowledge of databases and petroleum applications
- Practical knowledge of real-time process data flows and systems (SCADA, historians)
- General understanding of process control systems (HMI and historization): Vendors: ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa, PLCs, OsiSoft PI DA
- Ability to manage and maintain project financial tracking and reporting
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations • Result-driven, creative thinker, self-motivated and proactive
- Highly organised, with ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, meeting aggressive deadlines
