Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer with a background in manufacturing or construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, supporting the HR department in implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle a variety of HR functions efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and assist in the selection process.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and track employee performance and development.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries
  • . Assist in the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness in the market.
