Job Description

As the Senior Oracle Procurement Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the procurement processes using Oracle Procurement Cloud. You will leverage your deep understanding of procurement best practices and expertise in Oracle modules to drive efficiency, reduce costs and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Inventory and Supplier Qualification Management
  • Analyze "as is" procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamlining to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support management decision-making for critical changes and enhancements to procurement processes based on best practice examples
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, IT, etc.) to understand business needs and implement procurement solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of procurement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud (Fusion) is essential, with a proven track record of leading successful procurement transformation initiatives and process optimization projects In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier management principles
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes (requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, contract management)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ideally nurtured in an international and/or consulting environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, alongside strong leadership and team-building capabilities
