Responsibilities
- Operations- Execute assigned jobs according to principle’s established work procedures, specifications and time standards.
- Quality: Provide quality workmanship for customer satisfaction. Minimise repeat jobs which lead to loss of time and material.
- Ensure use of safety equipment/gear and follow all safety and environmental conservation procedures
- Ensure cleanliness of the workplace, tools, equipment and of the customer’s car being serviced.
- Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
- Complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment
- Denting & Body Technician experience from reshaping sheet, removing and instaling parts,repairing damaged panels, reshaping through metal shrinking, working with various types of welding and plasma cutting & replacing windshileds using both rubber and adhesive methods
- Reshape complex panel surface using washer welder.
- Repair by panel cutting and joining.
- Quarter panel cutting and joining
- Comply with the BYD Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities
