Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be working with crucial business units to optimize performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings coordination.
  • Create and Update all templates for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) meetings.
  • Maintaining QBR and MBR calendar.
  • Setting a timetable for each QBR.
  • Performance management project coordination.
  • Define performance enterprise objectives and dashboards at the start of the year.
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management on a periodic basis.
  • Generate a KPI passport for all approved KPIs.
  • Cascading down the approved scorecard.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are desirable.
  • Proven experience in operation transformation, strategy and change management
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving alignment towards common goals.
  • Mining and metal experience is preferable but not a must
