We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Officer, Insurance to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an Officer, Insurance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of insurance operations within our organization. This includes evaluating insurance policies, coordinating claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in insurance and a deep understanding of insurance principles and practices. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate insurance policies to ensure they meet the needs of our organization and provide adequate coverage.
  2. Coordinate insurance claims and work closely with insurance providers to resolve any issues or disputes.
  3. Review and analyze insurance claims data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to minimize insurance risks and losses.
  5. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
  8. Train and educate employees on insurance policies and procedures.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations on insurance-related matters for management.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of insurance policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience working in insurance operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to a non-technical audience.
  6. Proficient in insurance software and systems.
  7. Knowledge of insurance regulations and guidelines.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong leadership and management skills.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
