Job Description

Visits, cleans, maintains and refills on a daily basis all the coffee vending machines along it’s route (minimum of 12 visits/day).
Handles all client complains over the telephone in regards to it’s vending machines on the same day.
Performs swift visit on location upon client complaint and ensures customer satisfaction; – Responsible to attend only emergency maintenance request on weekends;
Has to be responsible in traffic and maintain car in impeccable order.
Knowledgeable of technical and electronically aspects of a an appliance.
Capable of working with the company’s built in app software
Follow up with team leader on the daily operations;
Ensures all calls and prospect clients queries are answered within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner: i.e. : queries, requests, orders and complaints;
Escalates unresolved problems to higher management;
Must have Qatari Driving license
Technical and electronical skills
College Diploma
2 years of experience in the field of electronics and technical field
Must have an ability to use the ability to do or say things without offending or upsetting other people, good judgment and initiative;
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
Must maintain an acceptable attendance record;
