As a Talent Acquisition Officer at our company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce to support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Conduct in-person interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  7. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate status.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  8. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  9. Experience in using social media and other online platforms for recruitment purposes.
  10. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
