Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the textile industry
- Experience working with fire resistant materials is a plus
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process of fire fighting suits from raw materials to finished products
- Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement department for timely replenishment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with other departments such as design and quality control to improve processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production records and reports for management review
- Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability
